What we collect

Novapedia works without accounts. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the email address you provide. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

We collect aggregate, non-identifying page statistics to understand which articles are useful. These statistics do not build a profile of you across sites.

Why we process it

Newsletter addresses are processed on the basis of your consent, and only to send the newsletter you asked for.

Messages sent through the contact form are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering correspondence and correcting our articles.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, after which they are deleted. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to an article correction, and then removed.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers required to run the site and send the newsletter, under contracts that limit them to processing on our instructions.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Write to hello@novapedia.com and we will respond within 30 days.
